What do we do first?

Just give me a call and we"ll meet at the property to determine how best to present the estate and discuss your goals and concerns.


I don't have a mansion or a house full of collectibles or antiques. Would you still do a sale?

We conduct sales of all sizes. We sell furniture, artwork, tools, appliances, toys, jewlery, clothing, plants, patio sets, linens, pots and pans, even soap. If its not attached, we can sell it!

 

Do we need to clean anything or get anything ready?

Leave the WORK to us. No need to clean at all, just remove the items you want to keep and leave the rest to us. Don't throw anything away or donate items.  People will buy a large assortment of things.  If it doesn't sell, we will donate it after the sale and give you the receipt.

 

How do you price the various items for the sale?

You will not get retail prices for items at an estate sale. We research current online resources, books and if needed a specialist to provide accurate, fair market value on all your items. Our goal is to find new homes for your family's possessions where they will be cherished all over again. Reasonable prices will ensure a successful liquidation and leave you with an empty house and a full wallet.


How long does the process take?

Depending on the size and condition of the property, set up and pricing will take 1-3 weeks. If the property holds a lot of hidden treasures,    it will take us longer to uncover and merchandise than a house with less. Attention to detail, research, organization and display are a must   for a successful and profitable sale.


How do you get paid? What are the fees? Hidden costs?

Our fee is based on a percentage of the gross sales. We offer a service that will make you money, not take your money. There is never any out of pocket expense to you. Trash disposal and hazardous waste will come out of the sale proceeds. We cover staffing, advertising, set up, clean up, and all credit card fees.


How do you attract buyers to the sale?

We post pictures and advertise your sale on this website, craigslist, in local newspapers, and an e-mail announcement to our subscribers.  We also put up signs at all key intersections to lead buyers to the property.
